Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and accessing the Pierre B2B Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. B2B Partnership Requirements
Access to this portal is limited to verified business entities. You must provide accurate company information including valid VAT number and business registration details. Pierre reserves the right to verify all information and approve or decline partnership applications.
3. Pricing and Orders
All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Minimum order quantities may apply.
4. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms are NET 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Credit limits may be established based on creditworthiness. Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery terms are EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise specified. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and Pierre is not liable for delays.
6. Returns and Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. Returns must be authorized in advance and are subject to restocking fees. Defective products will be replaced or repaired according to warranty terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this portal including product information, images, and documentation remains the property of Pierre or its suppliers. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Partners agree to maintain confidentiality of pricing, product information, and other proprietary information accessed through this portal. This obligation survives termination of the partnership.
9. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. By using this portal, you consent to our data processing practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pierre's liability is limited to the value of products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or business interruption.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Pierre may terminate immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Budapest, Hungary.
13. Amendments
Pierre reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
